PaidHandshake Terms

Effective October 5, 2026.

PaidHandshake is an introduction marketplace. We help users discover possible matches; we are not a party to the work, sale, contract, payment, representation, warranty, or dispute between matched users unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Credits and introductions

Posting is free unless clearly stated otherwise. A provider-side handshake credit is consumed only when an introduction is accepted. Credit packs are prepaid digital access units, not cash and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

User responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live. Users must provide accurate information, independently verify the identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, safety and legality of any counterparty, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Prohibited use

No fraud, harassment, spam, stolen goods, weapons trafficking, illegal drugs, sexual exploitation, personal-data brokering, deceptive impersonation, unsafe services, or other unlawful or abusive activity. We may remove listings or accounts to protect users and the service.

AI

AI-generated classifications, scores, summaries and suggestions can be wrong. They are recommendations, not guarantees of fit, quality, legality, availability or outcome.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidHandshake is not responsible for user-to-user transactions, lost profits, indirect damages, or acts or omissions of users or third-party platforms.
