Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026.

PaidHandshake stores account information you provide, listings you publish, match activity, credit/payment references, integration settings for administrators, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Public listings do not expose private email or phone contact details. Contact information is revealed to the matched parties only after an accepted handshake.

When enabled, listing text may be sent to the configured AI provider for classification and content generation. Payment information is handled by the configured payment processor; PaidHandshake stores payment references and outcomes, not full card numbers.

Administrators can configure external syndication channels. Only listings whose owner allows syndication are eligible for automatic public promotion.

Users can opt out of email notifications using the unsubscribe link in messages. Operational/security records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, compliance and service integrity.
